Lake Tamblingan

Welcome to Lake Tamblingan
At dawn, we'll set off on foot to the lake, which is bordered by a forest of ancient banyan trees, for a short canoe ride. We'll then explore the forest on a hike led by an expert from the Forest Guide Bureau, who will allow us to discover its biological richness. This hike will take us to Lake Buyan, next to Lake Tamblingan, where we can admire several temples scattered between the lakes and the forest. After about three hours of flat walking, we'll take a short 30-minute ride to the Candi Kuning fruit and flower market. Following our market visit, we'll head to Ulun Danau Temple.

This sanctuary, dedicated to the goddess of water, evokes a small island enthroned on the lake.
